About My Business

I've been in the Real Estate Industry for 6 years and with Cherry Creek GMAC for the past 3 years. I love everything about the business and the process of being a Realtor. I consider myself fortunate to be involved in such an important and personal decision like buying or selling a home. A home is typically your biggest investment but its so much more than that. Its where you live your life, create memories and build a family, so making a good financial decision is only part of equation. I believe my ability to balance these two aspects have made me successful in a very competitive industry. In order to further assist my clients, I have made an ongoing commitment to continuing education within the Real Estate industry. In addition to my Real Estate license, I've also earned my Registered Appraisers license. I feel this knowledge and experience has been extremely valuable to my clients. Furthermore, my Appraisers licenses is very beneficial for those looking for investment properties to fix and flip. Clients rely on my expertise to assist them with as-is value vs. after-repair value to make considerable profits on their investment. About Me

I'm a Denver Native - raised in Arvada.

After graduating from the University of Wyoming I spent a year backpacking through Australia

Proud to say I've never had a job! Always been self employed

I live in a 1890 Victorian in Jefferson Park/Highlands with my Wife, Donielle and a crazy weimaraner Sadie Sue

My wife and I got in engaged at the Jules Verne Restaurant inside the Eiffel Tower. I figured she couldn't possibly say no inside the Eiffel Tower!

I've traveled to: London, Amsterdam, Munich, the American Cemetery at Normandy Beach (Bayeux, France), Playa Del Carmen, Cozumel

I want to travel to: New York, DC, Chicago, Venice, Rome, Amalfi Coast - Italy, Greece

Enjoy: Playing golf (most days), intramural basketball, time with my wife, family and friends

Movies: All - Netflix junkie

Books: World War II history, biography's, educational. Anything non-fiction

TV: ESPN, Nuggets, Broncos, Rockies, Discovery channel, History channel
